Masters
Goal
The squad is designed for swimmers 18 and over of all abilities and ages. Swimmers should be training towards competing at masters events.
Coaching Objectives
- Improve swimming technique
- Increase personal fitness
- Compete at masters events
- Have fun!

Squad Selection Criteria
- We welcome swimmers of a range of ability however the following criteria are recommended:
- Swimmers should be able to train at a moderate intensity in a pool for at least 1 hour.
- Swimmers should be able to swim a 400m Fr without stopping.
