Overview & Objectives
Masters is designed for swimmers 18 and over of all abilities and ages. Swimmers should be training towards competing at masters events.

Squad Criteria

We welcome swimmers of a range of ability however the following criteria are recommended:

Swimmers should be able to train at a moderate intensity in a pool for at least 1 hour.

Swimmers should be able to swim a 400m Fr without stopping.
