Overview & Objectives

Masters is designed for swimmers 18 and over of all abilities and ages. Swimmers should be training towards competing at masters events.

  • Improve swimming technique

  • Increase personal fitness

  • Compete at masters events

  • Have fun!

Squad Criteria

  • We welcome swimmers of a range of ability however the following criteria are recommended:

  • Swimmers should be able to train at a moderate intensity in a pool for at least 1 hour.

  • Swimmers should be able to swim a 400m Fr without stopping.
